Swiss Specialty Chemical Company van Baerle Selects Marathon Technologies everRun to Protect IT Infrastructure from Downtime

Eliminating downtime offers a clear competitive advantage in production

Marathon Technologies today announced that van Baerle, a Swiss manufacturer of specialty chemicals and silicate products, has selected Marathons everRun VM high availability software. van Baerle chose Marathons everRun as it provides the highest levels of protection against downtime for van Baerles most critical applications including Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and Navision ERP System. In addition, everRun meets the companys strict requirements for application availability.

everRun replaces van Baerles previous VMware solution, which did not provide the reliability required by the company for their critical manufacturing and business applications. The existing environment was migrated to Marathon everRun from Citrix XenServer by Marathons Swiss Reseller Delta Energy Solution AG.

With regards to cost-performance ratio, Marathons everRun is the most attractive solution for small and medium-sized companies.
